If you miss "0" before hour timestamp beorg does not show the headline in the agenda

If a headline has timestamp like 

   <2019-02-16 Sat 8:00-11:00>

beorg does not show it on the agenda view (while Emacs does ). The time format should be in HH:MM format to be recognized beorg:

   <2019-02-16 Sat 08:00-11:00>

PS. It seems the Org date format is “inspired” by the standard ISO 8601 date/time format, which requires a two-digit number for the hour.

Thanks for pointing this out. I’ll see if I can make beorg a little more flexible for reading timestamps without the leading 0.
