Filenote shortcut

For my job I need a record of the time and place I was for each assignment. The easiest way of doing this is to take a photo and use the EXIF data.

It’d be nice to be able to actually embed the photo, but this is the next best thing - it grabs the image title, allowing for matching up later if needed.

This shortcut gets the most recent photo, pulls the image name, date of acquisition and the location data, and prompts for a title and notes field. It then builds a note with that data, with notes sorted by year and month.

You’ll need to make a template for this to work properly. Take a look at Matthew’s ‘Capture and store text from web pages’ https://beorgapp.com/learning/shortcuts-web-pages/ which I’ve borrowed heavily from to make this.
